Silence=happiness!

Who would have thought silence can make people happier. According to the Huffington Post (and a bunch of scientists) silence can help people feel better. Focusing on breathing and shutting out the noise of life can help people relax and just be in the moment without thinking about what's around them. Silence can give a sense of peace which is something I for one, want to have on a daily basis. So go in peace (and quiet!)
