I find there are days where I just decide to be happy. There may not be anything particularly great happening that day but I still hold on to that good feeling that happiness brings. There's something so comforting about it. It's just nice to know that happiness is always possible and it's always there waiting for people to find it. Whether it's just deciding to feel good or listening to some nice music, or giving someone a hug, happiness can be found almost anywhere. That's the beauty of it! So my advice for today is: when in doubt, choose to be happy!
