All the beautiful things in the world is within all of us

Society seems to value beauty as something everyone should aspire to  and yet I feel that there's so much beauty already in all of us, it's just a matter of recognizing it. When I think of that idea it makes me think of this quote from Russell Brand and I had to share it today because it's his birthday. I also thought it was so nice: "It's difficult to believe in yourself because the idea of self is an artificial construction. You are, in fact, part of the glorious oneness of the universe. Everything beautiful in the world is within you!"
