 The composer Georges Bizet was born today in 1838. To celebrate this day I’m sharing a piece of music he wrote called “ Les Toreadors" from an opera he wrote called “Carmen”. *My Mum came to stay with me and it is always lovely to see her.

Three good things for today

 In keeping with my efforts to find at least 3 good things in each day, here are three good things that happened in my day today. 

1. My friend surprised me by taking me to get our nails done which was really nice.
2. I got to work at my library job which is something I enjoy.
3. It was sunny out where I live and it was nice to take a walk in the sunshine.
