Yesterday, my friend unexpectedly called me up and invited me to go with her to Newburyport for dinner. A lovely concert

 I just got back this evening from performing in a concert with Polymnia Choral Society which was really fun. We sang songs from Broadway shows including “Something Rotten”, “Dear Evan Hansen,” Wicked” and “Matilda”. It always makes my heart feel good to sing with a really fun group of people. Plus, I like the music we sang and the fact that the audience was really into it. I’m not sure if this particular concert was recorded but to give you an idea of how fun Polymnia’s concerts are, I’m including a recording of a concert we held last year called “Earth Wind and Choir” which was also really fun! • I got all worried thinking I’d done something really wrong at work and it turned out that it was something that was easily fixed and I was reminded it never helps to worry.

• I was able to text with some friends and that always makes me feel good.
• I made myself a nice smoothie with mango and strawberries and yogurt which tasted yummy.
• I got reappointed to my city’s Disability Commission today. I like being part of the Commission because I always feel better when I’m doing things that help others and I’m just glad I can continue  working with the Commission to help people in  my city.

• I was able to go to choir practice which was really fun today.
• I talked with a friend that I don’t always get a chance to speak with, it’s always nice to talk with them.
• I got everything accomplished that I wanted to accomplish today.

• It is my Dad’s birthday and so I was happy to be able to talk with him and know that he had a nice birthday.
• I had a lovely dinner with a good friend and it was so nice to catch up and talk with her.
• I was able to rest today which was much needed.
