There good things in my day

 In keeping with my quest to find 3 good things about each of my days, here are 3 good things that happened in my day today.

• I was able to text with some friends and that always makes me feel good.
• I made myself a nice smoothie with mango and strawberries and yogurt which tasted yummy.
• I got reappointed to my city’s Disability Commission today. I like being part of the Commission because I always feel better when I’m doing things that help others and I’m just glad I can continue  working with the Commission to help people in  my city.

• I was able to go to choir practice which was really fun today.

• It is my Dad’s birthday and so I was happy to be able to talk with him and know that he had a nice birthday.
• I had a lovely dinner with a good friend and it was so nice to catch up and talk with her.
• I was able to rest today which was much needed.
