Three good things about today

• I talked with a good friend and made plans to have dinner with them soon as it’s always nice to have something to look forward to.
• I took a walk and it felt good to be outside.
• I was able to meet with some friends over Zoom and it always makes me happy to see them.

• I was able to work at my local library, which is something I enjoy.
