Happy day

I saw this musical once where they had a song about how people have once-a year-day where they do wild fun things. Today is sort of that day for me because except instead of doing wild crazy things, I'm going to rest because resting can be wild. Odd trivia item

Apparently today is National Trivia Day and because I like random facts, here is a random fact that may come in useful sometime, did you know that your body glows? Every human body sends out a small amount of visible light which changes throughout the day. The  lowest level is at 10am and the body apparently sends out the most light at 4PM based on changes in metabolism. So wherever you go, I think it's nice to know that a light shines with you. I found that courage is just a matter of deciding to do something needs to be done even though the task might be difficult.
