Laughter is Good for Your Brain!
According to Ellen DeGeneres (who of course is the fountain of a heck of a lot of knowledge), a new study just came out saying that laughter improves memory, lowers blood pressure and is addictive! I don't know why this research in any way earth shattering new knowledge but I still like the fact that people study laughter-that's how cool it is! I felt like I had to share the clip with Ellen explaining the study and how it also says that laughing for 20 minutes straight helps. She and her audience then try to do just . She didn't make it quite til 20 minutes but it is pretty funny. I felt good after watching it and yes, it did make me laugh!
