I set out in life like many idealistic people, with the goal of helping people to live happier and more fulfilling lives. To that end, I've created this blog to spread a bit of cheer each day.

Music that makes me feel alive!
Today in 1818 the composer Felix Mendelssohn performed his first concert in Berlin. I'm not sure what he played but it reminded me of some music he wrote called Symphony No.4 in A, 'Italian', 1st movement. I like it best because it's really cheerful. If this musical piece was a person, I'd imagine it being a little kid jumping up and down and dancing like crazy. I like music that makes me feel alive and full of energy like that. It's a lovely feeling!
