A mantra for each day

I saw this video of a father and daughter looking in a mirror and motivating his daughter to go to school. The father has his daughter recite things like: "I'm strong, I'm smart, I work hard, I am beautiful, I am respectful, I'm not better than anyone, nobody's better than me. I am amazing, I am great. If you fall, get back up." I liked the video because it's so positive and it's really nice to start out each day feeling good about being yourself and about all the good things you can do. Anyway, I send this video out to everyone in the hope it inspires everyone to see the good things inside themselves and others.
