Happiness can be arbitrary

One  thing I like about happiness is that it can be arbitrary. At least, sometimes I feel like I can find happiness in things that might otherwise seem really small.  For example, today I felt happier for drinking a cup of tea because it's warm and helps me feel safe somehow. My hope for everyone is that each day everyone can do at least one thing that makes them feel happiest, just because happiness is a lovely feeling!
