My good thing for today was that I got to take a good long walk today. There's something about a walk that always helps me feel better. It's nice to be out in nature even if it is slightly unnerving nowadays, I still feel better after taking a walk. To whoever reads this, wherever you are, I hope that each day brings you opportunities to do things that help you feel good. I send you best wishes and much love always.
