I realize it's after the fact but apparently December 28th was "Good Riddance Day" and to celebrate that day a shredder was set up in Times Square where people could write down memories they didn't like about 2020 and shred them. It's to symbolize starting the New Year fresh with those unpleasant things in the past. Although that event is over, I like the idea of putting negative things in the past and focusing on a positive future. So if there are things you'd rather not take with you into 2021, perhaps write them down on a piece of paper and tear the piece of paper to bits. It can be very therapeutic! I send everyone best wishes and much love always.
I set out in life like many idealistic people, with the goal of helping people to live happier and more fulfilling lives. To that end, I've created this blog to spread a bit of cheer each day.
