Today I went and got a hair cut at an actual salon for the first time in over a year. Sometimes it's just nice to pamper oneself when possible. In any case, I feel much better. Wherever you are reading this, I hope that you have the change to pamper yourself whether it's by getting a hair cut or sleeping late or just generally doing something nice for yourself, just because it feels good.
