To be Young at Heart

The singer Frank Sinatra was born today in 1915. When I was young my parents instilled in me a love of jazz and I had a CD of Frank Sinatra's music and one of the songs I liked best was called "Young at Heart." I like it because it sounds really cheerful and I like the message that life is better and more exciting if a part of you stays young and willing to enjoy it! I hope that wherever life takes you, a part of you does stay young.
