The impact of the need for communication

I saw this news story about a little girl in Newton, MA who is deaf and she inspired her whole neighborhood to learn sign language.  As I'm continuing to learn how to use sign language to communicate.  I liked the story a lot because the little girl was so happy to be  able to communicate with anyone anyone and the fact that her neighbors shows how communication in its many forms, unites and brings happiness to many.
