The actor Robin Williams was born today in 1951 and thinking about him made me think of one of the roles he played called Mrs. Doubtfire in the movie of the same name. At the end of the movie Robin William's character gives a lovely speech to comfort a child who's parents have gotten divorced. It made me think of how there are so many definitions of what constitutes a family and as long as you have people around you that care about you then you have a family. In any case for whatever reason, today it's still comforting to watch that scene because it reminds me that as long as there is love, people will be all right. In that spirit, I send everyone best wishes and much love now and always.
