I just got back from singing with Polymnia Choral Society in a concert that celebrated music from the 70s and 80s. It was really fun to get all dressed up and sing fun songs with good friends. It made me feel really happy to be there and see how the audience danced and sang along with us. Even if singing isn't your thing, I hope you are able to find and do many things in life that make you feel happy. I send everyone best wishes and much love now and always.
