The singer and actress Judy Garland was born today in 1922. In celebration of her birthday, I'm sharing a song she sang called "I don't Care", because she just looks so happy when she's singing it. It makes me smile when I hear it and I hope it has the same effect on others. I send everyone best wishes and much love now and always.
