Thank Goodness It's Friday
It's the end of the work week
And I'm ever so glad
Don't get me wrong, my week wasn't bad

But there's something nice about Fridays
When it's more acceptable to be a bit distracted
When people go out to eat drink and be merry
I'm glad every week has a day like that

To me there's nothing like a Friday to pick me up
Even if I've had a bad week Fridays suggest
That a better week might be coming next.
Yet another reason why I like Friday the best!

So I hope everyone has a lovely Friday
That you can put down your work for a bit
And get to live a little on this day
Because Fridays should always be just plain FUN!
