I saw this really sweet video of this koala bear getting hugs from a zookeeper and it reminded me of how great a hug is. It's the feeling of safety that a hug brings that I like best. Anyway, wherever you are reading this, I hope you take many opportunities to give and receive hugs. I send everyone best wishes and much love now and always.
