Don't worry, be happy

 Today I got all worried and worked up about something that frightened me as I was afraid something bad was going to happen because of a mistake I made. It turned out that things worked out fine in the end and I needn't have worried. What  I learned from this is that, while feels really good when things work out,  it never pays to get all worked up and worried.
