This quote makes me think about how I do feel happiest when I'm helping others. I didn't think of the quote as promoting actual fighting, I saw it more as a quote promoting helping others. I hope that wherever you are reading this, that you take many opportunities to help others, just because it feels good to see people happy and satisfying to know that you were a part of creating that happiness.
