Although I don't know if I agree with the first part of this quote in that sometimes I think that if you're afraid sometimes it can help to talk about it. However I like the idea of sharing courage. If enough people share their courage and strength then in my mind, there's really no telling how many good things people can do for others. If there is something good you want to do, I hope that you can feel you have the courage to do such things and to spread the courage you have, to influence others to create positive changes.
