I love random acts of kindness because I feel happy when I'm doing them and the best thing about them is they can spread! I've seen how a small act of kindness like a hug can make a difference in someone else's life. You never know how much of a positive impact you can have on someone by doing something like hugging them. I figure the more people I can help to be happier the more that happiness can spread.
